It should be said again...

(back to regularly scheduled scrapbooking posts tomorrow! hehe! RTR!)

I have just one thing to say today...

OK I have a new favorite

I made this layout for the Pebbles blog this week.
And now it is my new favorite layout!
This layout was supposed to feature the cute "adhesive notes" products that Pebbles makes.

So I thought it would be fun to use a bunch of them to create a list of things I love about my Lee in celebration of our 9 year anniversary! Cheesy??

Yes!
But I like how the layout turned out!
:)

{made entirely with Pebbles products}

Cards on Thursdays

Every Thursday Bella Blvd features a bunch of cards using their various lines.
This week I have 3 cards up on the post!
And here is the sketch I used to help me make all 3 cards...

Whenever I need to make several cards at a time, I find myself leaning toward the same basic design to knock them out.
That is exactly what I did with these 3 cards:
same basic design, each card with a couple of its own unique features, equals 3 handmade cards completed in no time!

{using Bella Blvd's "Play Hard" line}

{using the "Spring Flings and Easter Things" line}

{using the "Winter Wonder" line}

Whoop whoop!!
Tomorrow is Friday!
Happy day!

Now I have CABIN FEVER!!

Now that the holidays are over, I have finally gotten a chance to play with my new kit from Noel Mignon!
{this one is called "Cabin Fever"}
Poor kit was stowed away in my scraproom all alone for the past couple of weeks!
:)
I've got another layout in the works, but here is one that I have finished.
I was inspired by the fun ticket embellishments in the kit to make this layout about all the tickets we have accumulated by going to a state park near our home to ride our mountain bikes.
These are just some of the tickets I have saved since we started going regularly in September!
I do think it is time for that annual pass!!
{I think I am going to have to do something to fix "annual pass" so that it shows up better on the layout!}

:)
Everything on this layout is from Cabin Fever!
Go get yours while there are still a couple available!!
And have an awesome day!

Let's ride

Ok so Christmas may be over (booooo!), but I am still getting good use out of my December kit ("Mistletoe & Holly") from Noel Mignon!
Here is a very non-Christmasy layout with a very Christmasy kit!

OK that is all I've got!
Short & sweet today!

Where do I even begin??

Happy New Year!!
*****
Wow.
Christmas snuck up on me, hit me like a Mac truck, and this ole blog got neglected!
{Christmas was great! It just wore me out!}
I just happened to schedule that post from yesterday a while ago and I have a bunch of catching up on other things to do!
*****
For example, did you know that you can get your hands on the December kit from Midnight Rooster now??!
You would have never known from this blog!

This kit is called "Paper Mint Mocha" and it is a beauty!
How about I finally get around to showing you what I made with it??!

That is my friend Lindsay's husband with their new baby Bella.
And here is another one I made for her.

I love those Pink Paislee wooden letters!

OK life update...
Remember the Great Fry Experiment of 2011??
{aka the NO FRY Experiment}

Well we have deemed it a success!!
Neither of us ate any french fries for a whole year!
Boo-yah!!
And you would think we would have run out at 12:01 AM this morning to grab some.
That was the initial plans but after all the junk we have eaten over the past couple of weeks, we are OK to wait a little while.
Crazy!
