Jennifer McGuire and Vera Yates have teamed up to do a card drive to collect holiday cards for the elderly who live in nursing homes.

And they created Cards that Care!

The fun part is that you can participate!

Make some holiday cards, send them to Vera or Jennifer, brighten someone's day, and have the chance to win some prizes!

And you can win some of their great prizes 2 ways: 1) make some cards and 2) visit the blogs along this hop, leave comments, and they will pick winners randomly from comments left on the various blogs.
