Happy Halloween!

In honor of the day, I've made a couple Halloween cards with the Union Square kit from Noel Mignon.

It's not a Halloween kit per say.

BUT there are a couple stickers in there and some fun patterned papers that make it work!

Who says Halloween has to be just orange, black, and purple anyway??!

Don't you just love the sparkle that these Thickers have?!

I made both of these using my "Union Square" kit from Noel Mignon. 

I love the variety in this kit and you can really see it in these 2 cards!

I started off making these cards with the same basic design.

Somewhere along the way I got off track!

It's finally Fall...

But I'm feeling all springy with my Martha Stewart butterfly punch!!

I made a couple of cards with some KI Memories goods & the butterflies just seemed like perfect accents!

I must say that I am digging these cooler Fall temperatures!

But after 2 years on the team as a card designer, it is time for someone else to take my place & come up with some fresh designs with those incredible products!!

Trends: Cameras

The post over on the Bella Blvd blog today is inspired by something that is very trendy these days:
Cameras!

Cameras are everywhere in papercrafting these days! 

And the fun Snapshots line from Bella Blvd is full of fun ones!

Here are a couple cards I made using some of the playful cameras in the new Snapshots line...

I used the subtle cameras on the "B" side of the "Borders" sheet of patterned paper as the background for this card. 

I used the journaling block with the camera on it from the pack of paper pieces to hold the sentiment for the card. 

Then I added a few other stickers and some string to give the card more dimension. 

Fun stuff!

On this next card, I used the subtle cameras again from the "B" side of the "Borders" sheet in the Snapshots line as part of the background of the card. 

I also used the polaroid die cut found in the pack of paper pieces. 

I cut the sentiments out of a strip from the "Borders" sheet (that piece of paper is proving to be very versatile!). 

Then I decorated the rest of the card with die cuts and stickers.
