orDoes the RADIO count? Cuz that's mostly what I listen to:)
I don't have a favorite CD...but my husband loves the Jewel Holiday CD
Christmas Music Rocks! I hold near and dear to my heart all the CD's my dad has burned for me. Christmas music from every genre... I'm going to have to claim "ELVIS CHRISTMAS" as my fave this year!
I love Christmas music but my all time fave is Amy Grant's 1st christmas CD. Don't remember what it is called, but it is the one with "Tennessee Christmas" on it.
Martina McBride" White Christmas" she has the most beautiful voice.
My favorite is John Denver and the Muppets. Yeah, I know, I'm a nerd...
We listen to a bunch of Christmas songs that my hubby downloaded from the CDs to the iPod and I never know what I'm listening to. I do like Amy Grant's CDs.
There are far too many to name. Whatever I'm listening to at the time seems to be my favorite: Johnny Mathis, Vince Gill, the Muppets, The Jackson 5, Nat King Cole, Luciano Pavarotti, Natalie MacMaster. I have a ton of them, which puzzles me because I almost never buy CDs by different artists singing the same songs, but I do with Christmas CDs. The Bob Dylan Chistmas CD is about the only one that I DON'T like -- oh, and nothing Elvis either. Blasphemy, I know. That would have been an easier question to answer! ;-}
Josh Groban's Christmas cd is awesome!
Well, I start listening to Charlie Brown Christmas CD around June...and of course Harry CJr is in my top top top. And I can't leave out Bing Crosby & the Andrew Sisters Christmas CD...loooove it.
ooohlala... I love gold! Thanks for the chance to win!
My fave Christmas album is Trans-Siberian Orchestra's "The Lost Christmas Eve". I first saw them on TV several years ago on a PBS special and fell in love with their story and music. I have been to several of their performances now and it's becoming a Christmas tradition for me! I would best classify it as a rock opera.
DeniseB
Mariah Carey's original Christmas album!
If I were going old school, I would have to admit that I wore out my NKOTB Christmas tape!
I don't really have a favorite Christmas CD! I'm pretty random and usually just have it on the Christmas station on my sirius radio. I love the randomness of all the songs!
One of my very favorites is Kenny Rogers "The Gift". Love all the "gold" today!!
Casting Crowns, Amy Grant, Natalie Grant.....Sarah McLachlan....
LMHO!!!Hoffy, you so tickle me.
My favorite would be Ella Fitzgerald. Not sure the name of the CD but it is all Ms. Ella, all Christmas, and oh so beautiful!
Btw, I can't seem to get away from you bammers. Even up here our friends are distgustingly bama plagued.
My favorite CD is one my DH made me of all different Xmas music
Bing Crosby's "White Christmas"
"John Denver and the Muppets", of course!!
One of my favourite Christmas CD's is 98 degrees' This Christmas. Thanks =)
I have to say Josh Groban is awesome! It's not Christmas without him.
I love Christmas music and have my old standbys (Narada Nutcracker, Winter Solstice, Amy Grant), but this year I've discovered Straight No Chaser and their "Holiday Spirits" album is awesome!
My choice isn't typical. But when the Back Bay Ringers play Prokofiev's Troika (sleigh ride), I think of glistening, snow-covered fields, tinkling sleigh bells. Just universally evocative of Christmas.
alabama's christmas album :) my sister and i listened to it every Christmas growing up
I like Nat King Cole.
Love Michael Buble'! Also the new Glee Christmas CD is great!
With playlists these days, I'm never sure what songs are on what CDs. Like you, I love me some Harry Conick. K is excited to give Chip the Glee Christmas CD. :)
