Purging

I am feeling the need to do this.
{purging my scrapping supplies, that is}
I have way too much.
And I love most of it but I am not going to use it all.
I find myself reaching for the same things these days anyway so alot of my stuff is good stuff that I am just wasting.
But somebody would like it!
One on my co-workers little daughter is getting into scrapbooking so I thought I could give her some stuff.
I've thought about donating it to a school around here.
If I give it away here would anybody want any of it?
I mean, I am talking 1/2 used alphabets and sticker sheets, opened packs of chipboard, pieces of this and that, etc.
I am just rambling now.

Sure, I would love some of your stash! Just getting into scrapbooking and stamping and trying to build my supplies :) I just found your blog and love your layouts!

Of course someone would want some. I mean one mans trash is another mans treasure, right?

You may have a piece that someone doesn't but needs. I have often wondered the same thing when I only want one piece in a pack of something. Of course, anything you do will be great.;)

If I submit something, and tell them that I used your scraps, do you think I will get published?

I just got rid of 2 computer paper boxes full of stuff to my friend, lots of unopened chipboard! LOTS OF....stuff I actually liked but reality is I'm not using it....I'm trying to be more sensible when it comes to current purchases....we'll see next year how big my box is for my friend!

I like leftovers.... I just purged myself and am keeping my stuff stored for when I have a classroom.... I want the students to make scrapbooks of the year!

Why would you want to inconvenience yourself by mailing them off or something difficult when I could just ride by and pick them up???? SO much easier.

You could always check with Children's Hospital or St. Jude's. I think the kids there (or their parents) can always use scrapbooking supplies. =)
